Symposium sur l’IA générative au cœur des universités à l'Université Technologique de Troyes
University of Technologie of Troyes
How can we transform our practices and evaluation methods, consider the needs of each learner, to make the most of AI while ensuring the quality of training?Even though the influence of Generative AI is a topic of discussion in several educational engineering workshops (such as the virtual AIM FOR IMPACT 2025 Summit, SXSW EDU 2025, the AASA National Conference on Education, AIED 2025, etc.), few of them address university teaching and the skills required for integration into the economic world.
Therefore, we propose to launch this symposium to discuss the following points with researchers from academia and stakeholders from the economic sector:
Impact on Bachelors, Engineers, Masters Learning
Utilization in courses, assessments, etc., Learning intelligent usage methods for Generative AI
Impact on Research LearningQuality and ethics of generated data, Quality of processing, Quality and ethics of report generation
Impact on Practice in the Economic WorldSkills and professional integration
- How can we integrate AI into engineering curricula without losing sight of traditional skills?
- How can engineering schools reformulate their pedagogical approaches to ethically include AI?
- How can we evaluate students who use AI to solve a given problem?
- What specific skills are necessary to use AI responsibly?
- How can teacher-researchers be supported in integrating AI into their teaching methods?
- What are the benefits of AI for learning personalization?
- How can doctoral students find help using AI?
- What are the ethical AI rules for writing an article, thesis, or book chapter?
- How does AI change the work of researchers: opportunities and assets, risks and threats
